both asus and gigabyte make it pretty difficult to use larger cooling solution when you happen to want a card in pci-e slot.

Larger cooling solutions are usually out of the question in mITX cases anyway.

For the ASRock A75M-ITX you say it has zero USB 3.0 ports in your features chart, but if you go to the Asrock web site is says it has 4 x USB3.0 ports

The board has 4 USB 3.0 ports on back panel, but hasn't any USB 3.0 headers on PCB.
