1. My girfriend hav been using one of those for more than six months.
and she loves it!

Here in norway its named Network Cobolt 7000
Our model : pentium M 1.3ghz 512mb ram and 60gb hd

The main reason she bought it in the first place was price, and ofcourse she liked the stylish design. No other centrino could compare in price then (norway). In fact the dell 500 with the same specs was several hundred dollars more ekspensive then. (we had a good deal)

the things she like:
*design
*batterylife
*quietness (she have never had any fan noise in six months use)
*build quality, feels very solid

the not so good:
*the touchpad is integratde in the case witch looks great but the surface of the sensitive aera is easy to schratch , so make shure your fingers are clean.
the "mouse buttons" are quite noisy as well, so get a mouse!
*cd-rom makes alot of noise and vibration, like most cd-roms do.
*no tv out
*the bag is really ugly, had to throw it away.
*no bluetooth, but my girlfriend have no bluetooth mobile yet.

We love this computer and recomends it.

4. Hi, I'm new to this forum, and I'm so pleased to have found a website where laptop reviewers actually pay attention to the issue of noise! I'm in the UK, and have been reading PCPro PCShopper, WhatLaptop, etc, but often they say nothing about noise. So my thanks for breaking with this pattern. I for one will be a regular reader of these reviews.
