Actually an Xigmatek Aegir with dual fans is as good or better than these two HSFs and it cost less than both.

Really? What makes you think it could outperform'em?

Dude, it's beenthere. Just look at his rating. He finds two opinionated posts on the internet that disagree with the overwhelming majority and he gets the urge to share them everywhere. He also believes that SSDs suck and every CLW cooler leaks.

You show your technical and social ignornace when you make meritless, foolish comments typical of a 13 year old child.

Testing by numerous sources actually proves the Xigmatek Aegir to be one of the very best HSFs available. With a single fan it's right with the top HSFs that use TWO fans and with a second fan the Xigmatek Aegir SD128264 stays at the top with thermal loads up to 345W. See the test below with a single fan.

And all you can come up with, are two random links. WHich might be the only two rare reviews you could find, that putted the Aegir in a little favor.

You do realize frostytech is the undisputed champion at benchmarking of all heatsinks in existence right? I'll trust the professionals words over one user on the Internet.

frostytech might be a champion in your eyes. But the real thing is far fro mthat. I trust reviews from other sites, alot more than from them.
Doesnt really convince me. Untill I see sites like kitguru/teckpowerup/hardwaresecrets getting results too.
Untill that happens, Xigmatek Aegir has nothing to show.

How would this compare to the Cooler Master Z600 with push pull setup? I'm dying to know, because it was one of the best coolers of all times. It's sad to not see it in your heavyweight contest.
