They just need to market the WiiU better. Outside my closest friends, nobody I know has a clue what a WiiU is.

I disagree. In my opinion the Wii U lacks killer content that would shake consumers interests and make them stand in line for the consoles. It could be apps or games, just name it. Spending cash on marketing right now is a waste of money and time imo. They should first make the games showing that the gamepad can provide a next gen experience, like they did with motion controls. In addition they should fix performance of OS for real. How can someone wait about 30 seconds to exit the game in order launch a Home menu? I need to wait only a few seconds on my IPad or smartphone. The mainstream need content and usability which Wii U doesn't have right now.
