I am most impressed by the fixing of the 'memory overclocking flicker'. Really curious what they did, or tbh, what the heck caused it in the first place. It rears it's head in such oddly-specific situations that hardly seem demanding. I thought that was the point of it down-clocking to stock though...so it didn't do that...yet my ram has never down-clocked as it supposedly should in such a scenario.

That all said, if they don't completely kill off voltage-tuning and suffocate overclocking with set TDPs and clocks to differentiate their product stack, this could be a really cool tech if put in overclocking tools or profiles for certain games/settings that require more bw than core grunt or vice-versa (best use of TDP). Outside of separating each part of the core to an individual clock domain (which isn't practical), this should go a long way towards improving efficiency.

Another step forward in power reduction, for those who desire this feature.
