A Centrino celeron with 512kb cache but still .13 micron whould be nice!
Even lower power consuming maybe 8/10 hours battery notebooks,? and still good performance?

It's already available as the Celeron-M. It has slightly worse power characteristics than the Pentium-M due to no SpeedStep. However, even it did, notebooks won't get much more battery life since at idle, the power consumption of the Pentium-M is dwarfed by other components like the HD or screen.
