i have an ati 351 processor...the most distincive markings on the processor is the lack of the rv350 stamp on the die....replaced with radeon 9600. And for those of you interested in overcloking, mine included 250 mhz samsung memory and has been clocked to 378 without difficulty( except for the need of a fan for additional cooling).
