Well no point in pre-ordering until the chip set is fixed and you have the board to go with it shipped early as well

The TSX transaction extensions are not available on the K series- what a meanspirited and cruel twist of the knife, Intel! You're killing my young enthusiast heart!

So wait a minute... TSX is a stupid and useless extension that is just designed to make Intel cheat on benchmarks*.
Isn't Intel *protecting* you from this evil and stupid feature by turning it off in its chips?

* That is until AMD comes out with its own version in 4 years and the fanboys accuse Intel of stealing the idea from AMD since obviously only AMD can ever innovate.

The world is waiting for Kaveri HSA APU which will be a major leap forward in technology compared to Haswell.

Exactly! Kaveri is copying lots of the features that are already in Haswell, and when it comes out it will still be substantially slower than a lower-end discrete GPU just like Trinity, Ivy Bridge, and Haswell before it!

The bonus feature is that, while Haswell will rock when you put in a real GPU, the CPU in Kaveri be so crippled to accomodate the power draw of the IGP that even with a good GPU, Kaveri will still lose to Haswell at games while using more power.

End of August for wide availability, IMHO. Just in time for the Back-to-School season. Also, Intel doesn't have the rush to release anything before AMD is shipping the Trinity 1.5 (e.g. Richland) chips.
