It is OEM only, and it's the FX 8300, not FX 8320.

i just made my fx8350 upgrade and now AMD already have plan for another faster 8 cores just the same way 8150 came out for a short time when 8350 already in the pipe. now another one is being cooked for the next several months.

it wasn't a short time the 8150 was out for more then a year before the 8350 came out. And also it is using the trinity arch which is an revised version of the original bulldozer arch so there is a diff between the 8150 and 8350 then just more then clock speed. There will be no diff between the 8350 and the higher clocked counterpart arch wise other then raising the clock speed in which you could do that yourself and make the fx 8350 faster then the higher clocked version coming out with an little overclocking. Besides that's the norm to see higher clock speed updates on the same arch come out every 6 months from amd and intel so that's nothing new.

its not true my friend told me that in india AMD is selling it's product(specially motherboard) on much higher price even more than of intel's.
