This Evercool HSF suffers from the same issue as all U-shaped HSFs in that the second fan draws pre-heated air to try and cool the other side of the "U" heat pipes. It's far better to use one heatsink with all of the heat pipes properly spaced so that one or two fans are always pulling the coolest air possible across the fins/heatpipes.

The Xigmatek Aegir single fan costs less, is quieter and out-performs the Evercool Silent shark in cooling so I can't recommend the Silent Shark. If you need two 120/140mm fans to equal the cooling of the single fan Aegir, why bother?
