Hey, getting a MAJOR boot failiure. My system died on me for no apparent reason and when i re-booted the first time, i got the BIOS recovery wizard. I inserted the supplied disc and the mobo tried to fix itself but it failed when "flashing". Ever since, whenever I boot I get a blank screen and an unhealthy sounding click from the motherboard itself. Anyone have any ideas on fixing it?

I bought 1 Maxtor 300Gb SATA HD .Installed on A7V880 mb , I have made partitions with PartitionMagic but couldn't format them even on DOS or on Windows .
Is Maxtor sata compatible with A7V880 MB.
If no , with BIOS upgrade , should they be comptatible ?
