1. I wonder if these will overclock really well?

2. Hi. boys at X-bit, I am not 100% sure but as I remember than 62W and 35W are NOT TDP's(like Intel) but Max Thermal power, and TDP is about 30W and usual power consumption should be ~25W at load (considering 55W load with 89W Max Desktop athlons)

Also stating that P4-M consumes 30-35W at load ???
I hope it was a joke from U since these processors consume at least 20W idle at low voltage and usually ~40W load !!!, a have one near me and compared to AXP-M2600+(Max 45W) it's really hott under SETI or so !

Another thing : A64 at 800MHz(usual state in notebook) will consume certainly not more than 7-9W which is not comparable with 20W of P4-M !
