Thank you for the review! Seeking a quiet as possible PSU to fit in my mini ITX case. The seasonic is it!

Modular cables a great idea, but the design of the cables is that you have to fit both plugs whether you want to or not. If you only had a motherboard design with only a 20 or 24 way connector, then it would be good only to fit one output cable to one of the output sockets. If you had floppy, Sata, Standard drives then they could come off the other connector. If you didnt have those drives or their power feed could be taken from somewhere else off your motherboard, then you would only need to use one connector 20 or 24 pin and hence reduce you cable bulk.
