Hey, how's everybody doing ?

I've been to Canada a few weeks ago, for 10 days, and it was my first time there. It was great, I loved it, I was in Montreal, very nice city, got to see an old friend of mine. Sweet.

I've seen that a few members are from Canada, it would appear.

I decided to make a poll.

Where are you from, and where do you live now, where have you lived before if you've travelled etc... ?

Here goes : I'm French, I live in France, but I've lived half my life in Dubai, UAE, sweet !
Also, I've been twice to Lebanon during summer holidays, a long time ago.
And now recently Canada, Montreal.
Very sweet.

Girls in these countries are very pretty, sweet yet again Cool

Also, heck, why not say who you are a bit ?
I'm a student in computer science, I've worked as a technical hotliner at a call center for an ISP.

I'm currently enjoying summer holidays and hoping I'll be able to go back to Montreal before college starts again in september.

Hey Akram. I've been once to Abu Dhabi but it was very brief so I can't say much about it. Good luck with your studies.

Hey Rt. By BCIT you mean a Bachelor Computer/IT ? That's sweet, good luck with your studies too man.

I like to...

Squash. Table tennis is very nice though I don't play often unfortunately.

Sweet. What games currently ? I like different genres though I have this preference for FPS.

Lol !! That's a great poster, I have the first season it's nice, I like MASH.

Ohh lala indeed, I mean, there was this girl that caught my eye and I was starting to flirt with her but then she had to go for holidays in Vancouver, so that's all the way accross the country on the west coast : British Columbia (correct me if I'm wrong), like our friend Rt BTW.

So HT, next time I go to Canada, most probably Montreal, I'll tell you ok ? I wish I could come in a few weeks but that seems not plausible.... I'm so sad, I want to see that girl again I swear ! I plan to come back next year though, for sure.

Hey Stickfigure. Well I guess you can't have the best chicks AND good DSL huh ?

Like me, I can't go on a trip AND find a nice girl who's interrested in me (well I think she was but I'm not 100% sure, didn't have the time to check either, bummer !) and who won't go 6000 kms away to another province !!!!

That accent from Quebec sounded like pure bliss to my ears when she spoke Wink

She made me feel like the wolf : http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=8039477657790445932

BTW, I tried to make an href link to make the word "wolf" cliquable, I can't figure out how to do it though...

Okay Chilloow, next time you come to Canada, PM me in advance, will schedule a "trip" to Montreal for us!! Very Happy

To make a link clickable, all you have do to is put the [ url ] tags around it...

[ url ] linky [ / url ]

http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=8039477657790445932

"Red Hot Riding Hood" LOL!!

Thanks, that is one of my favourites.. had not seen it for a loooong time!

( I hope we can behave a little better than the wolf in that cartoon when you visit! ) Twisted Evil Laughing

Sure thing, that'd be great. I like traveling, taking the plane is not something I do often enough, hell I'd do it just for the taking-offs, for real !
Whoops, sorry there, I didn't make myself clear enough : what I meant to say was how to make a word a link, like with href under html ? I mean, say I write wolf, and you would be able to click on it to have access to the site ?

Ah, I love the wolf, I love how he goes crazy like that : ahouuuu ! Howling at chicks instead of the moon Cool

Don't worry, I'm cool Cool I'm more comfortable in front of a PC than a girl Laughing Rolling Eyes Wink

Oh, I misunderstood you there...

okay, all you have to do is go like this

say you want to make the word LINKY point to a website called www.scamartists.com

Then you go like this :

[ url = http://www.scamartists.com ] LINKY [ /URL ] ( without all the spaces, just demonstrating here so you can read it okay... ).

Then it works like so:

LINKY
