When we published Legend QDI’s mainboards plans earlier this year we did not tell you anything about Intel 875P (Canterwood) based product from this company since there were no mentions about it at that time, however, today QDI officially released preliminary specifications of its forthcoming solution and we are ready to share it with you.

QDI P4I875P (A,-F,-K,-L) is based on i875P + ICH5R chipset, supports all Socket 478 CPUs with 400, 533 and 800MHz QPB, features 4 DIMM slots for up to 4GB of PC2100/PC2700/PC3200 memory (dual-channel memory bus support: memory modules used should be identical and installed in pairs), an AGP 8x, 5 PCI slots (3 for mATX version), 2-channel ATA-33/66/100, 4 Serial ATA-150 ports (2 for mATX PCB), 2-channel AC'97 sound, 8 USB 2.0 ports, 10/100Mbit/s or Gigabit Ethernet LAN and so on. Both ATX and mATX versions will be available later this Spring.
