Well, it looks as if the mainboard manufacturers have read our recent news story about them being not very active regarding SiS650 chipset. So, today Lucky Star announced one more new mainboard: exactly on SiS650 chipset.
P4SMD deserves being called an "all-in-one" solution ideal for desktop office PCs built with Pentium 4 CPU. It is designed in MicroATX form-factor, supports Socket478 Pentium 4 processors, features 3 DIMM slots for up to 2GB PC2700 DDR SDRAM or 3GB PC2100/PC1600 DDR SDRAM, 3 PCI slots, 1 CNR slot, an AGP 4x slot, integrated SiS315 graphics core, ATA-100 (SiS961 South Bridge) AC’97 sound, 10/100 Ethernet.
