New Boards on SiS645DX and SiS650GL from Elitegroup

Elitegroup made two press releases today announcing the launching of three new mainboards: L4S5A/DX, L4S5M/DX and L4S5MG/GL. The first two are based on SiS645DX, and the third one – on SiS650DL (this is a version of SiS650 but without the external AGP slot support).

All the three products represent modified versions of the predecessors:

• L4S5A/DX: This is L4S5A rev. 3.0 (see this news story) equipped with a new SiS962 South Bridge (USB 2.0, IEEE1394, ATA/133) and an integrated ATA/133 RAID controller from Promise;
• L4S5M/DX: This is a MicroATX version of the previous mainboard without the RAID controller;
• L4S5MG/GL: This is an enhanced L4S5MG (see this news story) with a new SiS962 South Bridge.
