ASUS to Release 4 i865-Based Mainboards Next Week

ASUS will release four or maybe even more new mainboards with i865PE, i865G and i865P onboard, our source in the company said today. As always, expect ASUS to bring you some juicy features and excellent quality, though, you will probably have to pay the price for it.

Note that P4X8x, P4X800 and P4X800Deluxe share the same PCB, however, P4X800 is manufactured in China, while two other mainboards are made in Taiwan. It means that eventually we may see other mainboards being made in China as well or P4X800 being made in Taiwan.

I have no exact price figures and availability timeframes since they vary from country to country and from region to region, however, I can state that the products will be available shortly and will be a bit more expensive compared to competing mainboards from other manufacturers.
