OCZ Technology announced yet another set of two memory modules designed to work in dual-channel mode. Besides outrageous speed of 466MHz, the new OCZ Gold Edition RAM sticks also boast with a number of innovations brought by OCZ.

As always, OCZ modules are made using Ultra Low Noise shielded PCB and feature heat-spreaders covered with gold. 512MB DIMMs function at 466MHz with CL2-3-3-7 latency. The voltage of the modules is 2.75V, though, OCZ’s new EVP (Extended Voltage Protection) Technology allows to set it up to 2.9V while maintaining full warranty.

OCZ will ship its EL DDR466 Gold Edition memory modules shortly. Pricing may vary.
