OCZ Technology Group announced the availability of 466MHz and 500MHz OCZ EL (enhanced latency) DDR SDRAM memory chips. OCZ Technology plans to use these chips in their “PC3700” and “PC4000” EL DDR modules, as they gain mainboard support for enhanced latency DDR SDRAM memory devices.

Currently OCZ supplies only DDR433 (PC3500) memory modules with CL2 latency. Unfortunately, they do not unveil the rest parameters of the modules that describe "RAS Precharge, RAS-to-CAS Delay, RAS Active to Precharge and Command Rate, however, even without them we can be sure that the up and coming memory devices from OCZ are going to be one of the fastest DDR memory modules available.

Information about the pricing and availability timeframes was not touched upon.
