Corsair Launches Memory for AMD Athlon 64 FX with Aggressive Timings

Following its competitors, Corsair Memory company unveiled DDR SDRAM memory modules for AMD Athlon 64 FX platforms. This memory company is renowned for its unique and sometimes nearly exclusive memory devices for personal computers; this time is not an exception: registered PC3200 modules for AMD Athlon 64 FX processors from Corsair feature more aggressive latencies than their competitors!

According to the latest trends, Corsair Memory offers its products for AMD Athlon 64 FX CPUs in pairs validated to work together. The list includes:

TwinX1024R-3200C2 – matched pair of 512MB, registered PC3200, CAS2 modules, boots up at JEDEC standard latency values, and is tested and verified to operate at aggressive 2-3-3-7 settings;
TwinX1024RE-3200LL – matched pair of 512MB, registered PC3200, low-latency modules with ECC, features Corsair’s Plug-n-Frag SPD so the modules boot at advanced 2-3-2-6 latency timings with no tweaking.

Unfortunately, Corsair does not specify recommended pricing for the parts that are available now.
