The third manufacturer after ASUS and MSI, which expressed the desire to use nForce 415D (nForce 420 without the integrated graphics core) appeared ABIT. This manufacturer today announced a fully-fledged ATX Socket A mainboard on this chipset aka NV7-133R.

NV7-133R is equipped with 3 DIMM slots supporting PC1600/PC2100 DDR SDRAM, which can use the advantages offered by the dual-channel memory controller, an AGP 4x slot and 5 PCI slots. The mainboard can use the integrated APU and is provided with an onboard HPT372 ATA/133 RAID controller from HighPoint and USB 2.0 controller supporting 4 USB 2.0 ports. Also the mainboard may come with an optional network controller. This way, ABIT’s solution has every chance to turn the feature richest product on NVIDIA chipset of all.

NV7-133R should start shipping this month. It is expected to cost around $130.
