One of the Japanese stores started offering a new IDE RAID controller from Promise, which haven’t ever told you about. We found it pretty strange and decided to improve the situation :-)
This new dual-channel ATA/133 RAID controller from Promise supports RAID 0, 1, 0+1 and JBOD, 32bit PCI bus with 33MHz and 66MHz frequency. Judging by the specs, this controller should come to replace the well-known FastTrak TX2 ATA/100 RAID controller. The newcomer is called FastTrak TX2000 and is selling for $112.
