Athlon XP 2000+ Coming.

According to The Inquirer, AMD is planning to launch its Athlon XP 2000+ processor (working at 1.67GHz) on January 7, 2002, i.e. together with 0.13micron Pentium 4 CPUs from Intel (see this news story). To tell the truth, we believe that this info is true. Firstly, AMD will simply have to respond to the launching of the new Pentium 4 processors, and secondly, our own facts prove that Athlon XP 2000+ should really be announced in January.
