This French web-site has published the logotypes of the upcoming HyperThreading supporting Pentium 4 core-logic devices. The design element of all is two fold – 2 orange stripes + the letters “H” and “T” slanted in the stripes.
The list of HyperThreading supporting platforms includes i845E, i845G, i845GV, i845PE, i845GE and i850E. It is quite surprising that the second can also provide this technology, as it was said sometime ago that this chipset does not support the HyperThreading (see this news-story). It was also reported that Intel launches a “B-Step” version of their i845G that is able to take advantage from the up and coming Pentium 4 CPUs. Now it is clear that the Santa-Clara based processor-maker will introduce i845G B-Step, customers have to keep their eyes open on the orange stripes with “H” and “T” letters on them.
