According to Clubic, Gigabyte today announced a dual-processor Socket370 DDR mainboard built on VIA Apollo Pro266 chipset – GA-6RXDW. Unfortunately, the board supports only Coppermine based CPUs, and doesn’t support the upcoming Tualatin based ones.
The board features 4 DIMM slots for PC1600/PC2100 DDR SDRAM, 5 PCI, 1 AGP Pro and 1 CNR slot. Besides, there is also an integrated ATA/100 IDE RAID controller from Promise on board. We would like to mention that like all Gigabyte’s recent products, this mainboard also boasts a number of features for efficient CPU overclocking.
