Moreover, the upcoming price drop on Intel Pentium 4 based systems with RDRAM will undoubtedly tell on the popularity of DDR SDRAM, and this influence will be not that positive, as you can imagine.
However, it may be in Q3 already that Pentium 4 processor acquires DDR SDRAM support. and as for the small increase in performance, it can be cured if you don’t use any ALi chipsets. In this case the performance gain will no longer seem too small or even negative (like in case of Aladdin Pro5)...
