The new EPoX EP-4T2A is based on Intel 850 chipset. Intel 850 chipset is designed for Socket423 Pentium 4 processors. The mainboard is equipped with four 184pin RIMM slots for PC600/PC800 RDRAM. As for the expansion slots there are 5 PCI slots, 1 AGP 4x slot and one CNR slot.
The on- board C-media audio chip delivers 4 channels of audio. The CPU Vcore and Clock can be adjusted.
EPoX will first introduce EP-4T2A at CeBIT ’01 by live demo. And the pilot run production will start from April.
