SOYO today announced a pair of DDR memory mainboards. They are: SY-K7ADA (based on ALi MAGiK 1 chipset) for AMD Socket-A Duron and Thunderbird CPUs, and SY-7ADA (based on VIA Apollo Pro266 chipset) for Intel FC-PGA/Socket370 Pentium III CPUs. Both mainboards have a number of similar features, which include: 3 DDR SDRAM memory slots, 5 PCI slots, 1 AGP 4x, 6 USB ports. The mainboards are provided with AC’97 sound List price of both models is $159 with discounts to volume buyers.
Besides, the company also announced i815E (Solano 2) mainboard: SY-7IS2. There are 3 DIMM slots for up to 512MB PC100/PC133 SDRAM, 5 PCI slots, 2 USB ports. The board has a list price of $135.
All three mainboards will be showcased at CeBIT show.
