According to Nvchips.fr, Prolink announced that they would be participating in CeBIT and would be showcasing their GeForce3 based graphics card aka PixelView XX-Player. This card will be an ordinary one, hardly different from the reference design (except for the textolite color, maybe). It will be equipped with 64MB 3.8ns SDRAM by EliteMT and a TV-Out. The price hasn’t been announced yet, unfortunately. The pleasing thing about it is that this Prolink followed in the footsteps of well-known graphics card manufacturers and announced its GeForce3. However, Prolink also seems to be caring a lot about low-cost products, such as those from VisionTek, Gainward, etc. This gives us hope that GeForce3 graphics cards won’t sell at a too high price.
Also Prolink is going to show the following products:
  • Pixel View All-in-ComboTV 256 - GeForce2 MX200; TwinView; TV/FM-tuner; Video In; TV-Out.
  • Pixel View PLAY TV - TV/FM multimedia cards family:
    • PlayTV Pro - TV/FM tuner, video capture from TV/VCD/DVD/V8, teletext, RDS/NICAN/MTS support.
    • PlayTV DVR – the same as PlayTV Pro with additional Intervideo WinDVR
    • PlayTV Theater - PlayTV Pro + MGI Pure Diva
  • Satellite DTV - DTV receiver with capture support and MPEG video playback. Also has hardware DVB decoder.
  • LCD monitors PixelView Venus 104 - 10.4" matrix, 500cd/m2 brightens, 2.2" thick.
  • TV/VIDEO Card - USB2.0/IEEE1394 – expansion card with USB 2.0 and IEEE 1394 interfaces
