As we read over at 3D Now Galaxy, Transcend has a couple of new products on its roadmap, which are most likely to be showed during CeBIT. They are:
  • TS-AKT4/A. This ATX mainboard for Socket A processors is based on VIA KT133A chipset. It is equipped with 3 DIMM slots for up to 1.5GB PC100/PC133/VCM SDRAM. As for the expansion slots there are 5 PCI, 1 ISA, 1AMR and 1 AGP 4x slots. The board features integrated AC’97 sound, on-die hardware monitoring functions. Overclocking friendly features are represented by adjustable Vcore and FSB frequency (100-150MHz).
  • TS-AKR4. This is another ATX Socket A mainboard. It is based on the new VIA KT266 chipset. It supports both types of memory and hence features 1 DIMM slot for PC100/PC133 SDRAM and 3 DIMM slots for up to 3GB PC1600/PC2100 DDR SDRAM. There are 5 PCI slots, 1 ACR and 1 AGP 4x. Like the previously described product, it also features integrated AC’97 sound, on-die hardware monitoring functions and allows adjusting Vcore and FSB frequency (100-150MHz).
