Tualatin is a Pentium III processor manufactured with 0.13 micron technology. It features 256K Ls cache and a 133MHz FSB. Tualatin will be installed into new FC-PGA2/Socket370 and will be supported by i815 B-step chipsets. It will come out in July with the starting frequency of 1.26GHz.

You may see on the picture that the CPU will use a massive heat spreader (Pentium 4-like), which will also serve a chip shield to protect it against accidental damage.
