AMD introduced some corrections into its official price-list for Athlon processors.

CPUFSBCorePrice
AMD Athlon266MHz1.2GHz$363
1.1GHz$319
1GHz$256
200MHz1.2GHz$330
1.1GHz$290
1GHz$233
950MHz$193
900MHz$172

Unfortunately (or, maybe, fortunately) these prices have nothing in common with the real state of things in the retail market. And which is again greatly surprising, the retail prices are usually almost twice as low! Although now the price difference has become somewhat smaller (for example, the retail price for Athlon 1GHz is around $180 and for 900MHz – around $140, according to pricewatch), the situation will hardly last for long. As you have noticed the CPUs get cheaper almost day by day...
