While all other manufacturers of dual-processor Socket370 mainboards implement automatic AGTL+ bus termination, which allows them to give up a terminator usually installed into the second Socket370 when only one CPU was running, ASUS decided to do without this feature. So, CUV4X-D goes together with a special terminator.
