Today the fifth graphics card maker confirmed their desire to start manufacturing solutions on ATI RADEON 9700 graphics chips. According to our friends from Clubic, following in the footsteps of ATI, Gigabyte, Hercules and Powercolor, Saphire announced that very soon they would launch a new RADEON 9700 based graphics card.

In fact, there is nothing the launching of this solution promises. The card boasts rather common features set, is equipped with 128MB DDR memory, working at 620MHz. The chip is working at 325MHz. The card has a TV-, VGA- and DVI-Outs.

They also reported that RADEON 9700 from Saphire should start shipping in September. The price hasn’t been settled yet. at the same time I would like to remind you that ATI promised to start shipping its RADEON 9700 PRO graphics cards today. Well, the day has just started ;)
