And to be more precise, there are two of them. The first one aka AD77 Infinity will be equipped with Socket A, 4 DIMM slots for DDR400/DDR333/DDR266 SDRAM, an AGP 8x slot, 5 PCI and 1 CNR slot. Also the mainboard will have an integrated SerialATA/RAID controller, 6-channel AC’97 controller and IEEE1394 controller.

The second mainboard, AD77 Pro will be a modification of the mentioned above AD77 Infinity, but deprived of the integrated SerialATA/RAID and IEEE1394 controllers.

Both mainboards will allow increasing the FSB frequency up to 250MHz, adjusting Vcore and Vdimm. The pleasing feature by both is the hardware monitoring of the CPU temperature and its protection against overheating, which will be implemented via the thermal diode integrated into the CPU.

DFI also mentioned that the mainboards will be available in retail starting from the end of August.
