The first mainboard based on the integrated chipset from ATI, RADEON IGP320, and intended for Socket A platforms started selling in Japanese hardware stores. The pioneer here appeared AT31 Fusion from FIC.

AT31 Fusion mainboard is designed in MicroATX form-factor and is provided with VT82C686B South Bridge from VIA. The use of this South Bridge imposes certain limitations over the specifications of this product, unfortunately. The solution does not support USB 2.0 and ATA/133. The mainboard is equipped with 2 DDR DIMM slots, an AGP 4x slot and 3 PCI slots. Also AT31 Fusion features an onboard AC’97 sound codec and 10/100Mbit Ethernet controller (RTL8100BL).

Speaking about the integrated graphics core based on RADEON 7000 architecture we can say that it supports TV-Out and allows using up to 256MB of memory for the frame buffer.

The mainboard is now selling for around $100-$110, which is not that much at all, keeping in mind that the prices in Japan are usually higher than in the rest of the world.
