As is known, not so long ago it "suddenly" occurred to Biostar that they should stop rolling down the path finally, otherwise they will hurt themselves too much :) So, they decided to do their best to get out of the trouble they were about to get stuck forever.

So, the guys decided to start with an announcement that will please all overclockers. As you may know, the company has never been very "overclocking-friendly": the mainboards from Biostar have always been pretty low-cost and didn’t boast any extensive features (for overclockers in particular). However, they had to start one day and they came up with a new brand name technology WarpSpeeder.

I think it is not hard for you to guess what is the main idea of this technology, because many mainboard manufacturers have similar developments (or use these technologies licensed from their counterparts).

WarpSpeeder technology includes Overclock Manager, Overvoltage Manager and Hardware Monitor. I don’t think I need to explain in details what each of them implies: if you are an overclocking fan, you will understand everything at once. I would like to point out only one thing: the company claims that once the overclocking parameters are set incorrectly, the system will restart automatically and boot with the "most suitable" parameters (it evidently remembers the current and the previous settings). Well, this is no new word, but anyway. Anyway, we have to see how the whole thing will work in reality before drawing any final conclusions.
