South Korean S/U/M/A/ Company announced the beginning of shipments of the new Platinum GeForce4 Ti4600 SE to distributors.

As you can notice this is a Special Edition card due to the presence of two DVI-Outs. Don’t be unset if you don’t have a monitor with digital interface: the package includes 2 (!) DVI-I-to-D-Sub converters. The working clock frequencies correspond to NVIDIA’s recommendations making 300MHz for the chip and 650MHz DDR for the memory (Samsung 2.8ns memory). The card is equipped with a video-Out and the memory chips are covered with small heatsinks.

By the way, the company also reports that the card is equipped with VIVO (i.e. besides Video-Out it also has a Video-In). however, I don’t quite understand how they are going to implement it as there is only one video connector on the card (maybe there should be some special cable supplied together with the card, but they didn’t mention anything about it then). In general, we are getting the card next week, so then everything will become clear :)
