Transcend, which is known for the development and production of various memory modules in the first place, kept its promise (see this news story) and started the mass production of its first graphics card.

This card (part number - TS32MVDS3) is based on SiS315E chip with SiS301DH companion chip, supports AGP 2x/4x and is equipped with 32MB SDRAM working at 166MHz frequency. Also the card has a standard CRT-Out and a TV-Out (S-Video and composite out).

Frankly speaking, I expected to finally learn what’s the difference between SiS315E and its SiS315 predecessor (see our SiS315 Chip Review) with the launching of this graphics card. However, my hopes turned out vain: the only noticeable difference seems to be SiS301DH companion chip used instead of SiS301. SiS’ web-site doesn’t have the specs list of SiS315 that is why we now have to wait a bit for better times...

I have been using your grafix card for some time but suddenly I have no monitor connection at all with the flashing orange light on the monitor as if no connection although the pc starts up as usual. The card model isPV-SD4A-QR V1.2 W03/04 S/N FCH 063056
Firstly I brought this card from Maplin Electronics 1.Is it still available. I have 2 pc with identical builds and a removable drive tray to allow either drive to work in either PC so I do n ot want to have to replace a card on both.
Secondly I do not want to have to reinstall the O/S on both drivews either.
Can you help?
