As we have expected (see this news story), Samsung showcased DDR SDRAM modules on DDR400 chips at CeBIT show. Here they are:



The standard of these memory modules still needs to be approved by the JEDEC committee that is why is would be incorrect to call this module a true PC3200 one (the sticker says DDR400 and not PC3200, as you may see). However, all the formalities should be settled by summer and the chipset makers will get the opportunity to add the official support of this memory type in their product specs (KT400 and P4X400 by VIA, SiS648 by SiS).
