The army of nForce 420D based mainboards to be met in the shops keeps growing. We wouldn’t say that it has decisively enlarged, but still a third board after ASUS A7N266(-E) and MSI K7N420 Pro is now available. This is ABIT NV7m which was seen in some Japanese shops this week.
ABIT NV7m is a MicroATX Socket A mainboard based on NVIDIA nForce 420D. Its characteristics look like this: 2 DDR DIMM slots supporting PC2100/PC1600 DDR SDRAM and Twinbank Memory Architecture, integrated graphics core, AGP 4x slots, three PCI, integrated sound with MCP, support for 10/100Mbit Ethernet.
This mainboard is available for $150.
