Kingston Technology started shipping its 333MHz PC2700 DDR SDRAM modules in limited quantities. 128MB and 256MB memory modules are sold under the company ValueRAM brand name. This way the company’s closest partners can now receive the following products from Kingston: 128MB 333MHz DDR DIMM, CL 2.5 (KVR333X64C25/128) and 256MB 333MHz DDR DIMM, CL 2.5 (KVR333X64C25/256).
The mentioned DIMMs should start shipping in mass in H1 2002, and in the very beginning of 2002 the company is going to start shipping limited supplies of its PC2700 DIMMs of larger size. The prices haven’t been revealed yet.
