VIA made an official press release about the launching of their new C3 processor working at 933MHz frequency.
This CPU is based on the 0.13micron Ezra core and supports Socket370 processors just like its predecessors. It features 128KB L1 cache and 64KB L2 cache, supports 133Mhz system bus and MMX and 3DNow! instructions sets. VIA targets this solution for the compact low-cost PCs, notebooks (it will be also available in BGA package) and Low-End rack-mount servers. All in all, everything is as usual. The price hasn’t been announced yet.
