Elitegroup to Make Low-Cost Boards for ABIT

As is known, quite a big part of Elitegroup’s production capacities is now idling. Nothing to do about it, as the seasonal demand reduction cannot be combated (ASUS is having the same problems now, for instance). However, the company managed to find quite a good application for its idling lines, which will help to reduce the losses: they are making outsourcing production for other companies and at quite low prices, I should say.

Not so long ago we learned that Elitegroup expanded its relations with ABIT. If they used to produce just a bit for ABIT, now they are going to make all the Value mainboards there. As a result, everybody should be happy. Elitegroup will load its idling production lines and ABIT will be able to focus on more expensive products and on putting into life its Napoleon’s plans.
