Finally Xabre 400 based graphics cards started selling in the quantities, which can be called mass. Although so far there are only two models selling, they are available nearly everywhere.

The first graphics card comes from C.P.Technology (see this news story), and the second one – from Triplex know for its "silver" PCBs. Both products are selling for $108-$115. Taking into account the performance shown by SiS Xabre 400 chip (see our review for details) and the traditionally higher prices in Japanese stores, we can conclude that the cost of these products is reasonable. And the remarkable thing about these cards is that they are equipped with very good memory: the one from C.P.Technology goes with 3.5ns Etron Tech chips and the one from Triplex – with 3.6ns Hynix chips (while the standard is 4ns). So, we hope these cards will boast pretty good overclocking potential.
