Soltek, a well-known mainboard manufacturer, decided to try its luck in the VGA market. The company today announced a new graphics card family based on NVIDIA chips. The new product family covers all the market segments including solutions on: GeForce4 Ti4400, GeForce4 MX440, GeForce4 MX420, GeForce2 MX400, GeForce2 MX 200 and even TNT2 M64.

The graphics cards design accurately follows all NVIDIA’s recommendations, i.e. the cards do not differ by their features from similar products by other manufacturers. Maybe Soltek was going to win the hearts of potential customers by the unusual PCB colour: it is silver. By the way, Soltek has always been known for multi-colour PCBs (remember Purple Ray mainboard series).
