25 employees of the German ELSA AG, which activity has been suspended in the beginning of May because of the company’s insolvency, established a new company called Devolo AG. Besides their experience, they have also brought in two ELSA’s trade marks: Microlink and Vianect.

The new company has set great goals: before the end of the year they are going to reach 11.5 million Euro turnover, and by the end of 2005 this number should triple. AT first they will work only in the German, Austrian and Swiss markets, however, by 2003 they are planning to move into some other European countries. Although, the whole story is only about communications. As for ELSA’s graphics business, no news is here to share.
