Three New Bits from Transcend

Transcend announced the launching of three new flash-card adapters of Memory Stick (Sony) standard. They are:

• Memory Stick/CF Adapter (part number - TS0MMS2CF). This adapter is intended for reading Memory Stick cards in devices equipped with CompactFlash interface. The maximum data transfer rate is 16.67MB/sec (CF/ATA, PIO Mode 4). The dimensions of this device are 50.2x42.8x3.3mm.
• Memory Stick Adapter (part number - TS0MMS2PC). This adapter is intended for reading Memory Stick cards in devices with PCMCIA interface (notebooks in the first place). The maximum data transfer rate makes 16.67MB/sec (PCMCIA/ATA, PIO Mode 4). The dimensions of this device are 85.6x54.0x3.3mm.
• Memory Stick Reader/Writer (part number - TS0MMS2UB). This adapter is intended for reading and writing onto Memory Stick cards in USB 1.1 devices and require no external power supply. The maximum data transfer rate is 350KB/sec, the dimensions are 71.1x48.4x17.0mm.
