Intel carried out the second price reduction (within the last 8 days, see this news story), which touched upon Pentium III-M processors (0.13micron, 512KB L2 cache) this time.
The price of the model working at 1.2GHz (all the prices are given for 1000-unit quantities) dropped from $508 down to $401 (-21%), 1.13GHz model – from $401 to $294 (-27%), 1.06GHz model – from $294 to $241 (-18%) and 1GHz model – from $241 to $198 (-18%).
